Aerosols

Aerosols are products packed under pressure with a propellant, such as deodorants, spray paints, lubricants and technical cleaning products.

They bring two factors together in one container: pressurised contents and, in most cases, a flammable propellant, which places them in a category of their own even when the final product is for household use. Heat is the main concern, because internal pressure rises with temperature throughout the journey.
